Welcome to Tiny Champs! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including sports coaching, yoga sessions, and related activities. By enrolling your child in our programs or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

• "Tiny Champs," "we," "us," "our": Refers to Tiny Champs, the business providing the services.
• "You," "your": Refers to the parent or legal guardian of the child participating in our programs.
• "Child": Refers to the minor participating in Tiny Champs programs.
• "Services": Refers to all activities, classes, programs, and content provided by Tiny Champs.

3. Enrollment and Fees

• Registration: You must complete a registration form and provide accurate information about your child.
• Fees: All fees must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except as specified under our refund policy.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by Tiny Champs.

5. Free Trial

• Eligibility: Each child is eligible for one free trial session only. This offer is available to new participants who have not previously enrolled in any Tiny Champs program.
• Booking: Free trial sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact us to schedule your child's trial session.
• Conditions: The free trial is provided to allow children and parents to experience our programs. Any misuse of the free trial offer may result in disqualification from future sessions.

6. Attendance and Participation

• Timeliness: Please ensure your child arrives on time for sessions. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Dress Code: Children should wear appropriate sports attire and bring any necessary equipment as specified for each session.
• Behavior: Children are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program.

7. Health and Safety

• Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs your child has that could affect their participation in our programs.
• Injury: In the event of injury or illness, Tiny Champs will provide first aid and contact you immediately. By enrolling your child, you consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary.
• Insurance: It is recommended that you have appropriate health and accident insurance for your child.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds a credit note will be receive and are only available if the cancellation is made at least 24hours before the start of the program.
• Program Changes: Tiny Champs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs. If a program is canceled, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future program.
• Credit Notes: If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness, you must notify us as soon as possible. A credit note will be issued for the missed session, which can be applied to future sessions within the same term or the next available term. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

7. Liability

• Waiver: By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that participation in sports and physical activities carries inherent risks. You agree to waive, release, and discharge Tiny Champs from any and all claims for injuries or damages arising out of your child's participation.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Champs, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your child's participation in our programs.

8. Privacy

• Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your information will only be used for purposes related to Tiny Champs activities.
• Photography and Video: By enrolling your child, you consent to Tiny Champs using photos and videos of your child for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

• Content: All content provided by Tiny Champs, including logos, materials, and program content, is the intellectual property of Tiny Champs. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

Tiny Champs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
